Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information FinRegy ("FinRegy", "we", "us") collects when you use finregy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. FinRegy is operated by CRUDBOT Services W.L.L, Doha, Qatar.
Information we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier from Google. We do not receive your Google password and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- Your licensing direction. Whether you are exploring the regulatory sandbox or direct licensing.
- Documents you upload. The files you submit for a readiness check (for example your business plan, compliance policy and legal structure) and the text extracted from them.
- Assessment results. The scores, findings and recommendations generated from your documents, and any items you flag for expert review.
- Usage and device data. Pages visited, clicks, scrolling, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.
How we use your information
- To verify your email address and sign you in.
- To analyse your documents and produce your readiness assessment.
- To show you your past assessments and let you continue where you left off.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded documents for advertising.
Google sign-in
Sign in with Google is used only to confirm who you are and that your email address is verified. The information received from Google is used solely to create and maintain your FinRegy account and is not shared with third parties except the service providers listed below.
AI processing of your documents
To produce an assessment, the text of your documents is sent to third-party AI model providers (currently OpenAI and Google) for processing on our behalf. Assessments are automated guidance and may be reviewed by a FinRegy expert advisor when you request a review.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the site. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use FinRegy through usage metrics, heatmaps and session replays. Clarity sets its own cookies and collects usage data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site's sign-in features need essential cookies to work.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that host the site and store data, send email, process documents with AI and provide analytics, under terms that limit their use of your information to providing those services.
- Expert advisors working with FinRegy, when you flag an assessment for review.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Storage, security and retention
Your information may be stored and processed outside your country of residence. We use access controls and encryption in transit to protect it. We keep your account, documents and assessments for as long as your account is active, and delete them on request unless we are required by law to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, including your uploaded documents and assessments, by writing to contact@finregy.com. You can remove FinRegy's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings.
Children
FinRegy is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
