These terms govern your use of finregy.com and the FinRegy readiness assessment service ("the service"), operated by CRUDBOT Services W.L.L, Doha, Qatar ("FinRegy", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
What FinRegy is, and is not
FinRegy provides educational content about fintech regulation in the MENA region and automated assessments of how prepared your documents appear against published regulatory requirements.
FinRegy does not provide legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice. Assessments are generated with the help of AI, may contain errors or omissions, and do not guarantee any licensing outcome. FinRegy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Qatar Central Bank or any other regulator. Always confirm requirements with the relevant regulator and qualified advisers before acting.
Your account
You need a verified email address to run an assessment, either by signing in with Google or by confirming a link we email you. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide accurate information and tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Your documents
You keep ownership of the documents you upload. You give us permission to store and process them, including with third-party AI providers, solely to deliver the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload documents you have the right to share, and avoid including personal data of other people that is not needed for the assessment.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious, infringing or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or bypass its security or usage limits.
- Do not scrape, resell or copy the service or its content without our written permission.
Our content
The site, its design, frameworks, maps and written content belong to FinRegy or its licensors. Regulatory texts remain the property of their respective publishers. You may use the service and your assessment reports for your own business purposes.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, FinRegy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made in reliance on an assessment or on content published on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and disputes are subject to the courts of Qatar.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
